Pleasant location near a great beach. Lovely town of Podgora with great bars and restaurants

By and large, it was convenient base for sightseeing in Podgora, had much fun and met attentive staff apart from one grumpy waiter. The food was outstanding and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The hotel was placed in the beachfront location up to the national park in the mountains. The vibe here was comfortable.

Unbeatable and convenient location right in front of the beach, with easy access to everywhere. Friendly and hardworking staff. - Good facilities including central heating, a private safe, multi-channel television in the room, and a comfortable bed.

Adverised draught beer but didn't have any. Restaurant manager was a gloomy person and I also found him intimidating and intrusive. Dining was not relaxing.

Location is excellent: close to the beach, with smaller units. My room had a balcony with a good view. Podgora is a nice small town, with a surrounding suitable for longer walks (Biokovo mountain), nice beaches, interesting entertainment activities.

Dining facilities are poorely organized, with long lines for food and very unkind dining room manager. Daily room cleaning was poor (just changing the towels). Music from the caffee beneath too loud and lasted till midnight. Transfer from the Split airport could be better organized (email communication directly with the hotel non-existant: they do not answer the mail; long walk from the bus stop in Podgora to the hotel)

The location of Medora Auri Family Beach Resort is lovely, with a beautiful setting close to the pedestrian street. the room was impeccably clean and modern, equipped with smoke detectors for our safety.

The hotel is old and needs to renovate. A refrigerator should be in the room. There was no air-condition in the room. The breakfast was too poor.
